Olivia turned 2 on February 15 - we decided to keep it quiet since we had a less than one month old baby at home. She still had a great time and her dad made her a gorgeous cake:

Hello Lucas!
Lucas' grandparents and great-grandmother Bubela came by to visit him on February 8 - it was really special to see him with his middle namesake (Grandpa) and his great-grandma. We all had a really good time.

Lucas Arrives!
Lucas arrived three days prior to his due date, with quite a bit less drama than his sister (I have the feeling based on his personality so far that that will be a theme growing up - he's more mellow). We were blessed with an easy labor and delivery and got to meet our little man. 8 pounds 13 ounces and 21 inches long. We are all in love!
So happy that Mommy is home and can give good hugs again!

We took Olivia to a wildlife ranch on January 2 and she LOVED it. It was really cold out but we didn't have to get out of the truck the whole time. We all had lots of fun seeing the different animals.

Time with Friends
We love time with our dear friends the Machiceks! We did our annual Christmas this year after Christmas (it's a little hectic when we both have toddlers and were due within 10 days of each other). We all had a great time as usual.

Bubela Christmas
We had a great Bubela Christmas this year too! Everyone came to stay with us for the weekend and Olivia had a blast with all of our guests :)

Olivia's Daddy made her a creative little house out of a shipping box and drew all kinds of fun stuff on it. She LOVES it. He also made some awesome bookshelves for the nursery:
