Happy Birthday Olivia!

We had a small party to celebrate Olivia's first birthday and it was great to see family and a couple of friends. Olivia had a great time! We had a John Deere theme so hence Olivia's shirt and the tractor pictures!

Olivia's Twelfth Month

Our little girl is a year old already. We just can't believe it - we are so happy and proud of her. She is the light of our lives. She is talking a LOT, has a good appetite, gives kisses, has taken her first steps, loves her bath, and never ever sits still.

Olivia's Eleventh Month

This month Olivia is talking more than ever, took her first step (just one so far) and is getting even more curious and even more into everything. We all got very sick at Christmas but she was a trooper and we got through it just fine - her very first fever, believe it or not.

Olivia's Tenth Month

The thought that in less than two months Olivia will be a year old just doesn't really process for me yet, but it is certainly undeniable how much she has grown and changed and developed during that time. We tell each other every day how intelligent she is and what a go-getter. She is very strong and totally without fear - a very curious baby. We're so lucky! At ten months, she waves when she sees someone or when they tell her "bye-bye", has started to imitate singing, can attempt almost any word, and is standing with more and more confidence.
